Lab 1.2 Remote MikroTik

Purpose :

 > Can you know step to remote MikroTik with Winbox

 > Can you know step to remote MikroTik with putty

 > Can you know step to remote MikroTik with webfig

 > Can you know step to remote MikroTik with Hyper terminal

Equipment :

 > RouterBoard

 > Laptop/PC

 > Cable UTP

Step by steps 

1. Disable ethernet and wi-fi

 2. clik VirtualBox host only network > propeties, to setting IP address

3. Open MikroTik with machine virtual ( VirtualBox ), then setting network to be "VirtualBox Host only"

 4. Write username admin with empty password

5. then press enter to continue

 6. Write ip address print to check IP address at MikroTik

7. Write ip address add address=192.168.1.7/24 interface=ether1 to Input IP address to MikroTik

8. Write ip address print to check again ip address at MikroTik

Remote MikroTik with telnet

1. active features "telnet client" at windows

 2. wait process until finish

3. open CMD, then write telnet 192.168.1.7

4. Write username admin with empty password

5. Press enter to continue

Remote MikroTik with winbox

  

1. Open winbox to remote

2. connect with mac address

3. Write username and password to login winbox

4. Clik New terminal to remote

5. Remote mikrotik in winbox succesfull

Remote MikroTik with puTTY

1. Open PuTTY, then write IP address, port = 22, connection type: SSH,

2. Click yes to run PuTTY

3. write username and password to login

4. press enter to continue 

5. Remote mikrotik in PuTTY succesfull

Remote MikroTik with webfig

1. write IP address in web browser

Remote MikroTik with Hyper Terminal

1. Open hyper terminal, then write name and choose an icon for the connection

2. write IP address, port and connect using TCP/IP

3. write username and password to login

4. press enter to continue

5. Remote MikroTik succesfull
